Constitution of Pakistan (1973)-------Art. 212(3)---Retirement from service---Date of birth not corrected in the official record---Civil servant got his date of birth corrected and a duplicate revised certificate of Matriculation was received in the office in the year 1964-65 i.e. within a year of his joining service---Leave to appeal was granted by Supreme Court to consider as to whether the Service Tribunal was in error of jurisdiction in not adverting to the admitted position that the civil servant was not to blame for inaction of the Department--­Order, of retirement of the civil servant was suspended in circumstances.
