Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (V of 1908)-- ----O. XXXIX, Rr. 1 & 2--Defendants were restrained from creating third party interest in respect of suit property subject to deposit of the balance sale consideration amount--Balance sale consideration amount were deposited--Interim order as granted earlier stands confirmed--CMA stands disposed off. [P. 155] A Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (V of 1908)-- ----S. 51--Plaintiff has resorted to file application seeking direction to invest the deposit amount in any profitable scheme subject to final adjudication of the case.
