Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)--- ----Ss. 38(3-a) & 53---Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898), S. 249-A­Employee had filed complaint before Trial Court against informer for breach of order of Tribunal reinstating employee in service with back benefits-­Preliminary enquiry was held and process was issued where upon informer entered appearance and made application under S. 249-A of Criminal Procedure Code, 1898---Application of informer was dismissed on ground that since no evidence had been recorded, it could not be said that charge against him was groundless---Order of Trial Court could not be interfered in revisio4 in view of the fact that there had to be a proper material in form of evidence before coming up with challenge under S.249-A of Criminal Procedure Code, 1898.
