(a) Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)--- ----Ss. 22A(8)(g) & 16(b), (c) & (e)---Disputes between different Executive Cadres---No machinery has been provided by Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969. for resolution of differences of different executive categories---Provisions of Industrial Relations Ordinance, could be invoked only for removal of differences between the workmen and the employers---Terms and conditions of different Executive Cadres were governed by the law of contract.
