Industrial dispute--- ----Prohibitory order---Vacation' of---Employees had raised a Charter of Demands against employer company which was pending before Labour Court­--Apart from that a number of disputes existed between parties and a second Charter of Demands was also raised by employees---Employees had alleged that in view of various disputes between parties pending before different forums, a reign of terror had been let loose by employer against employees and that only way relief could be provided to them was that prohibitory order passed by Court be vacated accepting their revision application---Employees had further contended that then option available to them would be that they could proceed on strike---In view of enough disturbances, industrial and otherwise in the town, Court denied to accept request of employees as they had all remedies against employer under the law.
