XXXIX, Rr.l & 2---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)---Grant of temporary injunction---Initially, ad interim injunction was granted in favour of petitioner which was modified thereafter and ultimately dismissed by Trial Court---Temporary injunction was restored on appeal by petitioner but High Court suspended the same in revision by respondent---Contesting parties prayed before Supreme Court, that Trial Court should be directed to decide the suit within six months and that petition for leave to appeal be disposed of in terms therewith---Agreement between parties having been recorded, petition was converted into appeal---Trial Court was directed to dispose of suit pending between parties within six months.
