XXVI, R.1---Review--Leave to appeal in two identical matters was refused earlier---Supreme Court on review found that contentions needed examination and for that purpose review petitions required regular hearing---Supreme Court recalled earlier order of dismissal of leave to appeal and granted leave to appeal therein.
