Nyla, Mst. Akhtari and Aziz-ud-Din accused at the instance of Nazar Muhammad ASI. 2. It is alleged in the FIR that the complainant ASI was on patrol duty when he received information that a woman named Mst. Akhtari was running a brothel where Zina was being committed. The complainant formed a raiding party and raided the said house. Rehmat Ali accused, petitioner herein, was found committing Zina with Mst Nyla. It was found that he had paid Rs. 500/- for the said purpose to Mst. Akhtari mother of Mst. Nyla out of which Aziz-ud-Din accused had received Rs. 100/- asapimp.
