Parveen, Sarfraz, Mst. Mehran and Mst. Bhag Bharri at the instance of Noor Mohammad, respondent No. 2. The complainant alleged that Mst. Parveen, petitioner was his legally wedded wife who had been abducted by Iftikhar Ahmad with the help of his co-accused for the purpose of committing zina with her. 2.
