West Pakistan Land Dispositions (Saving of Shamilat) Ordinance (I of 195 9)--S.3 & Preamble---Object aril scope of Ordinance I of 1959---West Pakistan Land Disposition (Saving of Shamilat) Ordinance, 1959, recognized two rights independently of each other and not contingent i.e., proprietary rights in the land and right in the Shamilat land---Disposal of the holding would not carry with it disposal of share in the Shamilat, unless specifically se stated---Right of Shamilat was, thus, not contingent on land holding.
