(a) Civil service--- ---- Recruitment of Assistant Professors of Urology---Appointment to such posts besides requisite academic qualifications also required three years teaching experience as a first preference, while second preference was three years' practical experience after post-graduation---Respondent candidates having been appointed to such posts, petitioner assailed their appointment on the ground that appointee did not possess requisite experience for the post and that certificate submitted by him was fake and bogus---Departmental enquiry having been conducted, enquiry report also gave finding that the experience certificate submitted by said appointee was fake and bogus---Such certificate of experience when excluded from consideration would render appointee lacking in qualifications required for the concerned post, therefore, his selection was illegal.
