West Pakistan Waqf Properties Ordinance (XXVIII of 1961)--S.7---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)---Taking over of Waqf property---Petitioner's application for setting aside concerned notification of Punjab Government taking over and assuming administrative control, management and maintenance of property in dispute was dismissed as time-barred---High Court maintained the order regarding bar of limitation--­Petitioner's side had stated that leave to appeal had been granted for examination of question of limitation as was involved in present case but he could not recall the particulars of the case concerned---Leave to Appeal was granted to examine question of limitation as also the points raised in petition.
