Displaced Persons (Land Settlement) Act (XLVII of 1958)--Ss. 1-A, 10 & 11---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 185(3)---Allotment of land, reduction in---Upon a Mukhbari application, land obtained by petitioner in excess of his allotment was taken away from him and same was allotted to Mukhbar---Contention of petitioner that he was entitled to purchase land taken away from him, was rightly repelled by High Court in view of fact that Mukhbar had a statutory right to receive land which had been withdrawn from petitioner in consequence of information furnished by Mukhbar---Leave to appeal was refused.
