(a) Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973)----- Ss. 4 & 7 --- Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.212(3) --- Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Ss. 5 & 12 --- Leave to appeal was granted to consider question, whether Service Tribunal was justified in dismissing the appeal on the ground of limitation.
