JUDGMENT The relevant facts of the case are that the Assistant Commissioner/Administrator, Town Committee, Phool Nagar, District Kasur, issued press advertisement for filling various vacancies, including Light Inspector in BS7 and Court Clerk in BS5. The petitioner applied for the job of Light Inspector, Court Clerk and Octroi Moharrar and accordingly he was interviewed on 28121995 alongwith other candidates. Since the petitioner was not appointed he filed the present Constitutional petition challenging the order of the respondents Nos. 1 to 3 whereby the petitioner was ignored and respondents Nos. 4 to 6 were appointed. 2.
