Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908)--­----5.115---Educational institution ---Revisional jurisdiction, exercise of--­Plaintiff/petitioner in his suit for declaration and injunction had prayed that. defendant/respondent Authority be directed to disclose to plaintiff marks secured by him in each question of each paper in examination; plaintiff be allowed to have personal inspection of his answer books and, to declare plaintiff as qualified chartered accountant---Suit filed by plaintiff was concurrently'dismissed by Courts below---Respondent-Authority was a Corporate Body just like University and it had got its own rules and bye-laws for conducting their examinations and any dispute or grievance of a person was to be resolved by Authority itself and Court could not ordinarily interfere with its working and could not usurp statutory right of Authority which was a Corporate Body---Plaintiff had asked for relief which under provisions of rules and bye-laws of Authority could not be granted to plaintiff--­Findings of two Courts below about non-maintainability of suit filed by plaintiff/petitioner, was legally correct and petitioner having failed to point out any illegality or material irregularity with such findings, concurrent findings of Courts below, could not be interfered with in revisional jurisdiction of High Court.
