Specific Relief Act (I of 1877)--S. 12---Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), OXXIII, R. 3---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 185(3)---Petition for leave to appeal was disposed of in terms of compromise whereby respondent was to pay specified amount to petitioners as balance amount of sale before Sub-Registrar; and petitioners were to execute sale-deed in favour of respondent on receipt of said amount and were to have the sale-deed registered before Sub-Registrar on specified date.
