Industrial dispute--- ---Age---Determination of---Employee was retired after attaining age of 60 years on basis of date of birth as entered in his Service Book and such entry in Service Book was based on medical examination of employee at the time of his appointment---Employee disputed his date of birth as entered in Service Book by producing Birth Certificate subsequently issued by Chief Officer of Municipality in which date of birth of employee was shown different to the date entered in his 'Service Book----Municipal Age Certificate subsequently obtained by employee was not produced by employee throughout his service to get record corrected---Record of employee with regard to age of employee could not be amended on basis of certificate which otherwise appeared to be of doubtful validity whereas date of birth as-entered in Service Book of employee appeared to be genuine as it was based on medical certificate at the time of appointment and also at the time of retirement: Abdul Sattar, Legal Assistant for Appellants.
