West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968)--- ----S.O. 15---Termination of service without show-cause notice and enquiry--­Validity---Services of employees were terminated without issuing him any show-cause notice and without holding independent enquiry, on ground that his work and conduct were not satisfactory---Services of employee having been terminated for the reason that his work and conduct were not satisfactory, such termination was stigma on his person and was not termination simpliciter, under S.O. 12 of West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968, but fell under S.C.. 15 of that Ordinance for which it was necessary to issue show-cause notice to employee and to hold independent enquiry against him before termination of his service---Labour Court, thus rightly directed re-instatement of employee after declaring order of termination as illegal and improper.
