Industrial dispute--- ----Age---Determination of---Date of birth of employee as determined by Court, was challenged by employer on the ground that age of employee as mentioned in his service record was recorded according to bio-data furnished by employee himself ---Bio-data of employee was written by Superintendent of employer and only signature of employee was obtained on that---Court while determining age of employee had relied upon date of birth as mentioned in National Identity Card of employee, his E.O.B.I. Card, certificate of Medical Superintendent and Civil Surgeon regarding his age---Date of birth of employee as fixed by Court on basis of evidence on record, appeared to be more authentic which could not be interfered with.
