Land Acquisition Act (I of 1894)--S. 18---Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), O. I, R. 8---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 185(3)---Leave to appeal was granted to consider, whether by mentioning names of all the affectees of acquired land in separate list filed alongwith the objection application filed under S. 18, Land Acquisition Act, 1894 by some of the claimants, the reference to the Court by Collector would be deemed to have been made on behalf of all the affectees of land so as to entitle all of them to the benefit arising from the order of the Court passed on reference; and whether procedure prescribed under O. I, R. 8 , C.P.C. was applicable to proceedings arising under Land Acquisition Act, 1894, if so, whether petitioners who were not specifically made party in proceedings could take advantage of the orders passed from time to time by Courts in respect of acquired land.
