Allocation of Symbols Order, 1993--Art. 3---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 185(3)---Petitioner was aggrieved by the Order of High Court to Returning Officer for allocation of symbol of `Tiger' to respondent--Admitted position was that in General Elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) had been allocated symbol of "Tiger" and respondent was the only recognized candidate of Pakistan Muslim League `N' for the constituency from which he and petitioner were contesting election---High Court's direction being correct and valid could not be interfered with---Leave to appeal was refused in circumstances.
