D.)JUDGMENT This is an application for the expunging of certain observations made about the petitioner in our judgment, dated the 15th December 1949, in Crown v. Faiz Ahmad Faiz and others). These observations, which occur in the fourth paragraph from the end, are as follows:- "And if he has followed the proceedings of the case with some intelligence and without any bias…
