West Pakistan Ubran Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI of 1959)--- ----S. 13---Landlord and tenant had agreed that two ejectment applications pending before Rent Controller at `F' should be withdrawn and transferred for trial before Rent Controller at `L'---Applications for ejectment were thus, directed to be transferred before Rent Controller at `L' with direction for their early disposal. JUDGMENT This Constitution petition assails the order dated 13th June, 1989 whereby the District Judge, Faisalabad (respondent No.2) dismissed an application seeking the transfer application filed by the petitioner with regard to two ejectment petitions filed by respondent No.l against the petitioner which are pending in the Court of Kh. War Iqbal, Rent Controller, Faisalabad.
