West Pakistan Employees' Social Security Ordinance (X of 1965)--- ----Ss. 58 & 54---Review of earlier order by Social Security Court---Validity--­Review of previous order could only be made by Social Security Court where some new facts had been brought on record---No new facts having been brought to the notice of Social Security Court within the contemplation of S.58, West Pakistan Employees' Social Security Ordinance, 1965, review application was not maintainable---Respondent if felt aggrieved against the original order, could have challenged such order under S. 54---Review by Social Security Court having been found to be incompetent and without jurisdiction was set aside in circumstances. SHAIKH, J: --This appeal is directed against the order dated 28-11-1984 passed by the Social Security Court in review application of respondent through which earlier order passed by the said Court on 25-4-1984 was reviewed and the appellant was held liable to pay social security contribution on the cycle allowance being paid to the employees. 2.
