(a) Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance (XVII of 1979)--- ---- S. 2 (f) a)---Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act (XXVIII of 1958), S. 30 --- Relationship of landlord and tenant --- In absence of rent agreement between parties, statutory relationship of landlord and tenant in respect of an evacuee house or shop could be created by S. 30 of Act (XXVIII of 1958) between transferee thereof and an occupant of same--Persons claiming to be landlords of premises in litigation, had to establish beyond reasonable doubt that they were transferees of that premises --- It was not for Rent Controller to determine legality of Agreement of Association according to which- property was transferred to transferee or examine -legality of transfer or to 90' into question whether property in litigation was a big mansion or not.
