(a) Corporation Employees (Special Powers) Ordinance (XIII of 1978)--S.3---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.212(3)---Leave to appeal was granted to examine whether there' was any material in the order to show that removal of appellant had taken place in public interest as required by the Corporation Employees (Special Powers) Ordinance, 1978.
