Specific Relief Act (I of 1877)--S.12--Constitution of Pakistan (1973). Art. 185(3)--Plaintiffs suit for specific performance of agreement to sell, dismissed as also their appeal and revision-­Concurrent findings of fact were against plaintiffs by all the Courts below-No misreading or non-reading of evidence having been pointed out, and no point of law having been raised, there was no substance in petition to grant leave to appeal--Petition dismissed.
