West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI of 1959)--S.13--Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)--Eviction of tenants was allowed by Rent Controller but rejected in appeal by District Court-­Constitutional petition by landlord against appellate Court's order was dismissed by High Court--Order of High Court impugned--Parties had entered into meaningful negotiations, there being every likelihood of settlement out of Court-- To afford further opportunity for negotiations in the context that the question of studies of students of the Girls School concerned as tenant in the present cases being involved, leave to appeal was granted which was not objected to from the respondents' side.
