(a) Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)------ ---S. 25-A--West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), S.Os_ 2-A 8; 12(3)--`Workman'. appointment and termination of--Word `workman' includes `temporary' as well as `Badli' worker--Employer has to provide appointment order to such workman and his services could not be terminated without any order in writing explicitly showing reasons of termination--No order in writing, for termination of services of workman finally or from time to time existed--Payment voucher bearing signatures of workman showing receipt of payment, could not be considered as sufficient compliance of mandatory provisions of Standing Order 12(3) -Documents did not show explicit reasons of termination of services of workman-­Termination not sustainable.
