Constitution of Pakistan (1973)-----Art.l85(3)--Compromise--Request of disposal of appeal in terms of compromise deed was allowed and appeal was disposed of accordingly. JUDGMENT MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.--Learned counsel for the parties state that the subject-matter of this appeal has been settled out of the Court through a compromise. They have also prayed that this appeal may be disposed of in terms of the compromise. The compormise decd produced in the Court which is duly signed by both the Advocate on-Record, reads as follows- "(1) The parties in the above appeal have compromised the cause in the following terms.
