Civil service--Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.212(3)--Dismissal from service-­Petitioners, Constabics in Police Department went on strike and marched through tic: streets of the city raising slogans against the District Magistrate--­Petitioners were served with .show-cause notices by competent Authority and were heard in person--Petitioners did not file any written reply to show-cause notices and when they appeared before the Competent Authority in person they merely begged to be pardoned--Dismissal of petitioner's appeal by Service Tribunal against order of the it dismissal was justified in circumstances.
