ORDER MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.--Leave to appeal has been sought by the complainant's side in a criminal case under section 307, P.P.C. for enhancement of sentence on conviction of respondent under section 307, P.P.C. The trial Court after finding the respondent guilty under section 307, P.P.C. awarded to him the sentence of four years' R.I. and a fine of Rs. 3,000. Learned Sessions Judge on appeal maintained the conviction but reduced the sentence to 3-1/2 years' R.I. and also maintained the fine.
