ORDER JAVID IQBAL, J.- This petition for leave to appeal has been filed by Riaz Rashid petitioner whose application for the grant of bail was dismissed by learned Single Judge of the Lahore High Court, Lahore. A case is registered against the petitioner alongwith others under section 302/452/148/149/427, P.P.C. at Police Station Ichhra Lahore on 18th December, 1986. The part attributed to the petitioner is that first he alongwith other accused persons broke open the outer door and illegally trespassed into the house of the deceased.
