Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act (XXVIII of 1958)--   --S.10--Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 185(3)--Transfer of evacuee property--Composite building--Petitioner sought transfer of portion of a shop in his possession while rest of property was put to auction and transferred to respondent--Petitioner subsequently claimed that overlying residential portion should also be treated as part of his property--Petitioner having been given exactly what he had applied for, his subsequent claim, held, was without any foundation--Leave to appeal refused. ORDER SAAD SAOOD JAN, J.--Property No.4/C in Hasi1pur is a composite one. It has two shops on the ground floor and a residential portion on the first floor. Muhammad Yaqub, predecessor-in-interest of the petitioner, applied only for the transfer of a half portion of one of the shops which was in his possession when the settlement operations started.
