Punjab Pre-emption Act (I of 1913)--   ---S.21--Pre-emption suit--Patwari prepared Jamabandi and its copy which was not prepared incorrectly--Contention that reliance from respondents side on copy of such Jamabandi which was not properly attested as true copy should not have been permitted repelled being a mere technicality.   ORDER MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.--A vendee in a pre-emption matter has challenged a decision of the High Court whereby a Regular Second Appeal filed by the respondents side was accepted. The learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the reliance from the respondents side on copy of the Jamabandi which was not properly attested as true copy should not have been permitted.
