Guardians and Wards Act (VIII of 1890)--   ---S.12--Custody of minor pending proceedings before Guardian Judge--Custody of minor given to mother as per compromise between the parties--Mother agreed to arrange meeting of minor with the father in the office of the counsel of one of the parties on every second Friday and to produce minor before the Guardian Judge as and when directed and for the due performance of the arrangement arrived at between the parties, mother and her father executed a surety bond which was placed on record by the Supreme Court.
