Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974)-- ---S. 4--Prayer for grant of consequential relief as ordered earlier by Service Tribunal---Government issuing order in favour of petitioner in, which consequential relief was incorporated--Subsequently Government withdrawing earlier order relating to relief granted to such civil servant--Service Tribunal, held, could not decide matter in view of fact that relevant order would be the order which was first issued and then rescinded--Service Tribunal disposed of petition as without merit and directed petitioner to seek remedy, if any available to him before proper forum against order of Government, if so advised.
