ORDER SAAD SAOOD JAN, J.--On 4-10-1985 the elections to the offices of President and General Secretary of the Central Executive Body of the Punjab Nationalized Schools Teachers Association were held. Petitioners No.1 and 2 were declared to have been elected as President and General Secretary respectively. They were to hold these office for a period of two years. Thus, their terms are due to expire in October, 1987. 2. On 31-10-1985 respondent No.1 filed a civil suit to challenge the legality of the elections of the petitioners. He also applied for interim relief by way of temporary injunction to restrain the petitioners from acting as President and General Secretary and using the funds of the Association till the final disposal of the suit.
