THIS ORDER PASSED BY: M. Z. KHAN, MEMBER BOARD OF REVENUE The petitioner last time sought an adjournment to enable his counsel to perform himself on certain legal points involved in the case. His request was granted subject to the payment of Rs. 150 as cost, which he has paid to the respondent in my presence. The facts of the case are given in the order of the learned Commissioner and need not be repeated here in detail. It was vehemently argued that compromise dated 7 1 47, which forms part of the decree, lays down that the respondent will be entitled only to that property which she was to get according to agreement dated 9 12 46.
