JUDGMENT ABDUL KADIR SHAIKH, J.--This is a petition for leave to appeal from the judgment of Sind High Court, dated 25-3-1984 whereby petitioner's appeal was dismissed and the order of the Rent Controller, dated 31-10-1983 directing petitioner's eviction from the demised premises was confirmed.
