ORDER ASLAM RIAZ HUSSAIN, J.--Muhammad Hussain petitioner was convicted under section 161, P.P.C. read with section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947. He was sentenced to l ½ years' R.I. and a fine of Rs.7,000 (in default of payment of fine he was ordered to undergo further 6 months' R.I.).
