(a) Land Reforms Regulation, 1972 (M. L. R. 115)-- Paras. 4(6) & 24(4)(5)-Expression "where any dispute arises" in para. 4(6) indicates that dispute might be between two contesting parties which when becomes a genuine dispute has to be referred to Land Commission-Dispute arising between parties regarding carrying into effect of provision of para. 24(4)(5)-Such dispute having been noticed by civil Court, held, there was nothing wrong if plaintiff was referred to Land Commission for resolution of dispute raised before civil Court-Civil Court, however, depending upon circumstances of each case, might decide a dispute which was to go before Land Commission but that would not mean that Commission could not deal with same under para. 4(6).-[Sar Anjam Khan v.
