JUDGMENT In this appeal the order dated 31st July, 1984 recorded by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Faisalabad has been challen­ged to the extent the amount has been apportioned to other heirs of the deceased also. The case of the appellant is that her daughter Mst. Iqbal Begum and Faiz Batool had foregone their shares and that the others are not entitled to any amount not being the dependants of the deceased.
