JUDGMENT This appeal arises from the decision dated 17-2-1980 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Punjab Labour Court No.1, Lahore whereby the grievance petition of the appellant for his re-instatement in service was dismissed on the ground that he was not a workman. 2. The appellant was a dryer/mills incharge and his services were terminated on 5-8-1979. Cross-objections have been filed by the respondent also, in which it has been urged that the finding of the lower Court that the appellant is covered by the definition of workman given in the I.R.O. is also incorrect and unsustainable.
