JUDGMENT This appeal arises from the decision dated 24-10-1982 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Punjab Labour Court No. 2, Lahore, whereby the grievance petition of the appellant for his re-instatement in service was dismissed. 2. The case of the appellant is that he was rewinder operator and without the service of any charge-sheet and holding any enquiry he was dismissed. Previously he had made a joint grievance petition alongwith Nizam Din and Muhammad Jamal but it was withdrawn on 25-7-1981 as no grievance notice had been given.
