Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)---- -- Ss. 25-A & 38-A read with West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), S. 1 (4) & S. O. 1 (b)--National Bank of Pakistan after nationa­lisation under Banks (Nationalisation)Act, 1974 being run by or under authority of Government having its own statutory rules-West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968 not applicable-Wage Commission Award under S. 38-A of Industrial Relations Ordinance. 1969 applicable to Bank which guarantees rights to employees of said Bank-Employee covered by definition of "workman" under Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 can seek remedy before Labour Court to enforce right guaranteed by such Award-Employee serving in Bank of.
