Date of hearing : 10th February, 1982, JUDGMENT The brief facts of the case given rise to this appeal are that the res­pondent was appointed as Godown Chowkider on 6th January, 1976. His services were terminated on Ist June, 1977 on the plea that the godown had been closed. The respondent after serving a grievance notice, brought the grievance petition to the Labour Court, which was accepted. The said order has been challenged in this appeal. 2.
