JUDGMENT The appellant is officiating as yard master since 1978. His substantive post is of shunting porter. He on the basis of Demand No.. 41 of the industrial dispute claims to be confirmed as yard master. According to demand No. 41 if a person has worked for one year on a post he is entitled to -be confirmed. The post of yard master is according to the learned lower Court a selection post.
