The words "case or proceedings" under Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 appearing in subsection (3-a) of section 38 of the Ordinance, are specially intended to cover only those cases, the remedy whereof is provided by the Ordinance or where the remedy is not so provided, special law empowers the Labour Court to hear and adjudicate the dispute or decide the appeal and the Labour Court has to apply its own procedure.
